Lighthouse Learning Center is the Daycare Center ministry of First Christian Church. Our staff strives to provide the next generation of Christians with a safe, nurturing, and fun environment where children and their families can learn, grow, and come closer to Christ. Our daycare ministry opened its doors on August 4, 2008, with 12 children enrolled and 5 employees. The daycare is led by our capable director, Becky Butler. The daycare has grown to an enrollment of more than 90 children nurtured by 18 employees.
The philosophy of Lighthouse Learning Center recognizes early child care and preschool education as a ministry entrusted to us by Jesus Christ to the Church. It is the responsibility of our church to provide Christian leadership and education to our children so that we can instill Christian values that help foster spiritual moral, intellectual, social, and emotional growth.
